Remploy (Oct 2015 – April 2016)
As Branch Coordinator I was the first point of contact for visitors and conducted informative pre-screens explaining Remploy’s services. I built relationships with job centres and referral partners, managed candidate profiles and appointments, handled purchase orders, designed flyers and newsletters plus other miscellaneous tasks.
Content Manager/Photographer/Reviewer
Liverpool Live TV (Feb 2011 – Apr 2014)
I started as a volunteer photographer and reviewer then became Content Manager. My main duty was editing press releases into original articles and uploading them to LLTV’s site via WordPress. My other duties included liaising with clients, PR companies, photographers and reviewers, managing social media and assisting with marketing ideas. I also continued to write reviews for the site along with a fortnightly blog.

"I collaborated with Nicola on delivery of a training course for artists. Nicola's input on social media and marketing was well thought out and complimentary to the rest of the course. Spot on! Nicola really listens to those she is working with. It was a pleasure working with her."
